Job Title: Financial and Tax Manager/Specialist

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have experience in the banking sector and be responsible for managing financial and tax operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit reports required by Polish central bank and other regulators, such as FinRep, NB300, etc.
  • Calculate, prepare, and submit tax-related documents to tax authority, including CIT, VAT, WHT, banking tax, and other taxes.
  • Communicate with Polish central bank, tax authority, etc., responding to inquiries on accounting or tax issues.
  • Monitor data and perform business analysis, making recommendations to improve reporting quality and mitigate tax risk.
  • Update policies and procedures related to the work in charge.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by Head of department.
Requirements:
  • University graduate or equivalent.
  • Work experience in accounting, tax, or banking industry; related work experience in local banks is preferred.
  • Strategic thinking, effective communication, problem-solving, and team working spirit.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
