Our team delivers innovative features for Dell's award-winning PowerStore, a leading Midrange Storage product. You will gain invaluable skills and make an immediate impact in functional areas, including storage provisioning, hosts & initiators (iSCSI, FC, NVMe), system integrity, performance monitoring, alerting, security, initial configuration, physical inventory, protection policies, data mobility and protection, and serviceability infrastructure.

What you will achieve

As a Senior Software Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for participating in new feature design discussions, developing test plans, executing tests, designing, and automating tests, and reporting results.

You will:
  • Work as part of an Agile scrum team in a continuous integration and continuous development environment and contribute to the test architecture and scope of high-quality, complex systems and software/storage features.
  • Contribute significantly to test automation as part of feature delivery.
  • Conduct testing and automation for both front end/GUI features, and embedded serviceability features.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of software engineers and test engineers both within and across product teams to build the test environment utilized to validate the CI/CD environment.

Essential Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in functional testing including development of automation.
  • 2+ years of experience with building automation using either industry frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestCafe, Playwright) or internally developed framework.
  • Working experience with code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Self-learning abilities, critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a geo-distributed team using Agile.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent.
