We're looking for a passionate and adaptable Short Video Editor to join our dynamic team within Groupon's fast-paced Marketing department. In this role, you'll have the chance to create and produce campaign assets for multiple platforms, such as web, apps, email, and paid ads, while collaborating with a talented and diverse team. This position offers plenty of opportunities for growth, whether you're a junior editor looking to expand your skillset or a senior professional with extensive experience in video production and social media content creation.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce creative video assets optimized for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads (Google Ads, Meta).
  • Create engaging short-form video content that aligns with platform trends and audience engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketers, channel leads, and designers to conceptualize and deliver high-quality visual storytelling.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, implementing best practices in mobile-first video creation and motion graphics.
  • Utilize AI tools like MidJourney and ChatGPT to enhance content ideation and production.
  • Apply feedback promptly and iterate designs to improve quality and meet deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in video production, editing, and motion graphics.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, VN) and design platforms like Canva or Figma.
  • Proven ability to create high-performing social media videos tailored for different platforms.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with a strong eye for pacing, music, and visual engagement.
  • Growth mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
  • A proactive attitude, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in designing for international markets.
  • E-commerce marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design work.
  • Background in UX/UI design is a plus.
Language Requirement:
  • Proficiency in English is required.
Work Environment:
  • Warsaw
  • We work in a hybrid model - 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remotely.
