Join our content team and help us effectively support MyTherapy users living with chronic diseases throughout their treatment journey. The content team is responsible for delivering targeted content pieces to our users, running in-app campaigns as well as taking over content-related tasks for our partners and stakeholders.

As a Content Management Specialist, you'll play a key role in bringing our content to life. Your technical expertise will ensure everything runs smoothly as you take charge of uploading and managing content in our content management system. You'll support internal stakeholders by navigating our app admin panel, configuring in-app campaigns using our campaign tools, and overseeing the content for our App Store and Google Play Store presences. Your work will be the backbone of our content operations, ensuring seamless execution and a polished user experience.

Work model: Remote(in-office presence required for company/team-wide events, e.g. once per quarter).

Offered remuneration: 380 - 420 PLN daily.

Contract: B2B or Contract of Mandate (only for students)

Your responsibilities:

Uploading and administering content across different disease- and drug-specific programs.

  • Uploading new and updating existing content via our Content Management System (CMS).

  • Maintaining different content repositories across programs, languages, and markets.

  • Supporting Product Managers during the launch of partner modules.

Owning high-quality implementation and documentation of program contents.

  • Assuming responsibility for the on-time delivery of contents per program and milestone.

  • Ensuring and documenting that content works as intended for internal and external reviews and approvals.

Supporting both App Store Optimization and Campaign Management with Uploading & Configuration Tasks.

  • Performing, coordinating and documenting any changes to the MyTherapy app store presences and release Notes, including QA of new visuals and texts.

  • Configuring and documenting content- or partner-module-related in-app campaigns in our CRM tool.

Must-haves:

  • Around 1 year of experience with administering content management systems (CMS).

  • Fluency in the Polishlanguage.

  • Strong Englishlanguageskills in speaking and writing.

  • Attention to detail and a passion for quality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Knowledge of the Germanlanguage.
