Job Overview
We are currently seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand our clients’ activities within the Polish market. Your mission will be to identify strategic opportunities, open new accounts, and build lasting relationships with key industrial customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify and acquire new customers in key sectors including automotive, logistics, aviation/aerospace, consumer electronics, defence, pharmaceutical, food, and mechanical engineering.
- Plan and execute business trips and customer visits to maximise reach and impact.
- Present solutions—automated lines, robotic cells, inspection systems—to potential business partners.
- Collect customer requirements and hand over qualified inquiries to the technical team.
- Participate in proposal and offer preparation as the role evolves.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years B2B sales / business development experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive, defence or automation industries.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
- Proactive, customer‑oriented mindset.
- Strong technical background.
