Who are welooking for?

• You have completed (orwill complete byApril 2027), aMaster’s degree with above-average results, preferably inatechnical orengineering discipline.
• You are interested inquality, supplier development, manufacturing processes andinternational collaboration.
• You are fluent inEnglish andcommunicate technical topics clearly with international stakeholders.
• You bring initiative, ahands-on mindset, holistic andentrepreneurial thinking, strong communication andteamwork, analytical problem solving, adigital mindset andaconstructive approach tochange.
• You can structure technical issues, distinguish facts from assumptions, critically check data sources andcompleteness, explain analyses, identify root-cause questions andtranslate findings into practical actions.
• You have atleast three months ofinternational experience andenjoy working across international interfaces.

Your tasks:

• Gain broad experience across MAHLE Thermal & Fluid Systems Quality (TQ) during the18-month Global Career Starter Program, with along-term development focus onSupplier Quality Assurance.
• Contribute toselected quality activities andwork closely with theglobal Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) organization. Support interfaces with Preventive Quality, Customer Quality andPurchasing through limited learning assignments andcross-functional collaboration.
• Support astructured review ofSQA processes andtheir currently supporting tools within theagreed project scope. Help enhance process transparency, identify andconcretize digitalization initiatives, andassess their potential. Explore which measures are taken toachieve (supplier) quality, their effort andcost, andwhere digital solutions could create value.
• Support BU2 implementation within theongoing initiative for adigital global Tool Refurbishment tracker/database. Coordinate interfaces among BUSQA, Corporate SQA andPurchasing; help clarify requirements andsystematics with process owners; support abounded implementation orpilot; andcontribute toacontrolled global rollout concept, subject toprocess-owner andIT approvals.
• Enhance Supply Risk Management within Supplier Quality, focusing onrisk identification, process optimization, andcollaboration with Purchasing, Logistics, andRisk Management.
• Present findings andhand over maintainable project outputs tonamed process owners.
• Participate ininternational projects and, subject toagreed program planning, one international assignment. Business travel will bealigned with program needs.
