Job Summary:

The Administrator IT - Operating Systems and Virtualization is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and configuration of various IT systems, including OpenStack, Kubernetes, and Rancher. This role requires a strong understanding of Linux environment, network terminology, and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and maintenance of OpenStack platforms
  • Automation of maintenance tasks using Ansible playbooks
  • Configuration and maintenance of Harbor, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Hashicorp Vault, Grafana, Fluentd, Prometheus, Alertmanager, Ingress-Nginx Controller, Kube-Vip systems
  • Management, maintenance, and configuration of NeuVector system
  • Management, maintenance, and configuration of Rancher system
  • Assisting teams in deploying applications within the cluster using Helm charts
  • Hardening of installations (CiS, best practices)
  • Installation and maintenance of Kubernetes platforms
  • Monitoring infrastructure and detecting and resolving potential failures
  • Analysis and resolution of system, performance, and security issues
  • Documentation of work

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Linux environment (RHEL, Oracle Linux)
  • Knowledge of OpenStack solution
  • Knowledge of Ansible automation systems
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python)
  • Knowledge of network terminology and related components
  • Commitment and independence in problem solving
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills
  • Good communication skills and satisfaction in working in a team
  • Higher education (or in progress) - IT profile preferred
  • Communicative level of English
  • Driving license category B
