Shared Service Center (SSC) in Gdańsk is an integral part of our Client's global operations. It serves as a hub for various administrative and support functions, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of operations across Europe.
Responsibilities:- As an Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for client's technical documentation regarding what has been done, what materials have been used, and adjusting/creating an easy drawing of the new electrical design.
- You will cooperate daily with international units and get info about completed tasks from Finnish technicians.
- Communicate the gaps in information to various internal and external stakeholders.
You are the right person for the role if you can communicate in English (B2) and Finnish (min. B1).
- We are looking for a person who feels good working with documents and enjoys technical issues.
- Previous experience is not required, although it is appreciated.
