We are looking for a Product Designer for one of our investment products (AI).

Your main tasks will be:

  • UI/UX Design, Interaction Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma;
  • Visual Design: Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces. Ensure that all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience;
  • Collaborate with Executives and Leaders: Engage with high-level executives to understand company needs and strategic priorities;
  • Data Collection, Analysis, and Research: Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement. And evaluate business processes and conduct research, such as surveys, to pinpoint potential issues;
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders.Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department;
  • Presentations and Recommendations: Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives. Produce written reports summarizing data analysis;
  • Implementation Support: Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes. Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes;
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications to support the development process;
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources. Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience;

We expect from you:

  • Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior UX/UI Designer with B2C products;
  • Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions;
  • Provision of high-quality Design and Technical documentation;
  • Being familiar with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative. And having expertise in conducting them, such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests;
  • Experience with Figma, Trello;
  • Being a self-starter: you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight;
  • B2+ or higher level of English proficiency;
  • C1+ level of Russian proficiency;

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
