Work Arrangement:

We offer a hybrid type of work, where you will spend 3 days in the office at ul. Przyokopowa 33, Warsaw, and 2 days working from home.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate proposal and improvement ideas for motion design projects.
  • Presentation and defense of motion design concepts to stakeholders and product management teams.
  • Establish and promote guidelines for motion design within the company.
  • Maintain high-quality motion design across multiple projects by controlling quality and adhering to established guidelines.
  • Execute all stages of motion design, from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely completion.
  • Foster collaboration and communication with internal and external teams.
  • Participate in regular meetings and design reviews.
  • Evaluate time required to complete tasks and maintain a professional approach to deadlines and costs.
  • Coordinate project completion with internal teams.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager, related to this position, meeting the necessary qualifications.
  • Develop innovative solutions to motion design challenges through brainstorming sessions.
  • Cover colleagues' absences due to vacations, sick leaves, or other reasons, without considering it extra work.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and animation.
  • Report directly to your designated manager.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Strong written, oral communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard design and animation best practices.
  • Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and motion curves.
  • Demonstrated creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs.
  • Familiarity with design principles, user experience, and interaction design.
  • Ability to create storyboards or communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders.
  • Capacity to work closely with UI/UX and cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Adaptability to evolving design requirements and fast-paced project timelines.
  • Understanding of online gaming principles and practices.
