The company is growing internationally, with its Warsaw hub playing an important role in Product and Engineering as well as the wider EMEA organization. The team works with global enterprise customers and operates in a fast-paced, AI-native environment.

About the role

We are looking for a Director of Finance and Operations to take ownership of Finance and Operations for the EMEA organization from the Warsaw hub. This is a senior, hands‑on role combining financial leadership with operational responsibility. You will own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial planning and controls, while also ensuring that the Warsaw operation runs smoothly. You will work closely with senior leadership, Finance, Engineering, Product and other teams across the organization. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining financial analysis and strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, and who is comfortable using AI tools to make Finance and Operations more efficient.

What we’re looking for

• Senior finance leadership experience in a high-growth technology or B2B SaaS company
• Strong FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and variance analysis
• Good understanding of accounting, cash management, payroll, tax and statutory compliance
• Strong commercial judgment and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Hands‑on approach to building simple and scalable processes and controls
• Experience working in an international environment, ideally across EU/US operations
• AI-native mindset and practical experience using AI tools in everyday work
• Fluent English and Polish
• Based in or willing to work from Warsaw

Nice to have

• Finance or accounting qualification
• Experience as a senior Finance leader or the first senior Finance hire in a growing company
• Experience with SaaS metrics or recurring-revenue business models
• Experience with contracts and commercial documentation

Your responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, financial forecasts, rolling forecasts, headcount planning and cash planning
• Prepare monthly management reporting and variance analysis
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into financial performance, risks and spending
• Coordinate accounting, payroll, tax, cash management and statutory reporting with internal teams and external providers
• Build and improve financial controls around purchasing, expenses, contracts and vendors
• Prepare financial scenarios and analyses supporting hiring, investment and resource allocation decisions
• Work closely with Engineering and Product leaders on planning and monitoring their budgets
• Oversee the day-to-day operational side of the Warsaw hub, including office, onboarding, vendors and cross-functional activities
• Use AI tools to improve reporting, analysis, automation and everyday Finance & Operations processes
