As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing MOL Polska's social media channels, planning, implementing, and overseeing social media campaigns to increase online traffic and enhance brand awareness while supporting key business KPIs. You will collaborate closely with the Group and cross-functional teams, particularly with Retail Marketing, to build an engaged social media community and elevate MOL's brand image.

We are looking for a passionate social media and digital marketing professional with a proven track record of driving measurable results.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinate social media activities with external agencies.
  2. Implement MOL Group's social media strategy and develop local social media communication strategies.
  3. Take ownership of social media-related KPIs and the achievement of measurable results aligned with business objectives.
  4. Manage company profiles and content publication.
  5. Develop, monitor, and manage the social media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and providing regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics.
  7. Proactively engage with internal stakeholders, including Retail Marketing, the Loyalty Department, Fleet, PR, and others, by proposing social media initiatives designed to support the achievement of their business KPIs.
  8. Organize contests and promotional campaigns in social channels.
  9. Stay up to date with trends and implement innovative communication solutions.
  10. Plan and coordinate influencer and creator campaigns in close cooperation with Retail Digital Marketing.
  11. Brand building & crisis management on social media platforms.
  12. Work with business units to plan and activate digital communication campaigns.
  13. Coordinate community management strategy.
  14. Work collaboratively with agencies and internal teams to ensure alignment and coherence across all digital marketing channels, such as social media, SEM, SEO, display advertising, and website initiatives.
  15. Work in close cooperation with Digital Retail Marketing in planning and executing digital campaigns, digital media buying, and optimization of performance.

  2. Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in Retail/FMCG/petrol industry, with a focus on social media.
  3. Strong understanding of the digital landscape and social media trends.
  4. In-depth knowledge of marketing principles.
  5. Holistic approach to digital campaigns.
  6. Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  7. Proactive, with quick decision-making and project management abilities to develop and execute actionable programs.
  8. Fluency in Polish and intermediate English proficiency.
