What you can expect:

As a Electrical Designer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for planning and designing the electrical part of power systems, including grid connection, HV/MV lines and GPO in Poland. You will work proactively within a team and participate in the entire process, from tendering and planning to implementation and commissioning of projects.

Tasks:

  1. Develop plans and designs for the electrical components of photovoltaic systems, with a focus on high- and medium-voltage systems (particularly HV/MV substations)
  2. Review building, execution, and as-built designs for renewable energy projects
  3. Collaborate with national authorities, grid operators, and internal engineering and procurement teams
  4. Supervise the implementation of quality control plans and inspection programs including (Site Acceptance Testing) SAT testing
  5. Oversee the acquisition of EON, ION, and FON decisions in compliance with the NC RfG directive
  6. Supervise Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) of key equipment for renewable energy installations

Profile:

  1. Completed studies in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
  2. Required construction qualifications for design work
  3. At least three years of professional experience in electrical planning, preferably in renewable energy
  4. Profound knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Project
  5. Very good Polish and English language skills
  6. Willingness to work flexibly on various projects
  7. Team-oriented and proactive
  8. Strong interest in renewable energy
  9. Open, trusting, and professional cooperation with a focus on success and enjoyment in daily work
  10. Cooperation with a highly trained international team in a dynamic, international market
