Develop benefits knowledge expertise, technical and consulting skills while supporting the team by handling individual and complex projects with preliminary exposure to client-facing initiatives.

As a senior member of the team, you will work with colleagues globally to ensure local advice and services meet client expectations and commitments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, analyzing and drafting benchmarking reports for countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas
  • Providing analytical project support for Aon's global and local benefits surveys
  • Conducting research into employee benefits and developing new intellectual capital products
  • Participating in data collection and supporting data submission process using Aon's technology platform for global benefits management
  • Supporting and coaching junior colleagues in daily tasks

Global Benefits teams collaborate with Aon teams in different countries around the globe, helping clients make decisions to support their employees with the best benefit solutions.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel skills, identifying improvements, high attention to details
  • Good communication skills with client focus, leading meetings, negotiating
  • Excellent English, especially writing skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines under time pressure
  • Experience in employee benefits is desirable, but we're much more interested in how quickly you can learn
