Your Responsibilities
Automation & Industrial Projects
- Participate in projects related to the design and implementation of automated workstations.
- Support the automation of existing production processes.
- Collaborate with suppliers and system integrators during installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing process efficiency and equipment reliability.
Smart Factory & AI-Based Solutions
- Actively participate in Smart Factory projects.
- Collect and analyze data from production equipment and manufacturing systems.
- Support the implementation of predictive maintenance and condition monitoring solutions.
- Contribute to projects involving AI-based tools for maintenance planning, diagnostics, and performance optimization.
- Assist in the development of digital dashboards and maintenance KPIs.
Maintenance Operations
- Work closely with the maintenance team on daily operational activities.
- Support machine diagnostics and troubleshooting activities.
- Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving machine availability and performance.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities and corrective action plans.
- Gain exposure to a wide range of industrial equipment, including:
- Schneider Electric PLC-controlled machines.
- Industrial robots and collaborative robots (cobots), including Schneider Electric and FANUC technologies.
Your Profile
- Engineering degree in Industry, Smart factory, Automation.
- First experience in industrial environment required (internship, apprenticeship)
- Passionate about industrial automation, manufacturing technologies, and digital transformation.
- Interested in Industry 4.0, Smart Factory solutions, and data-driven maintenance strategies.
- English B2 required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Eager to learn and work in a dynamic industrial environment.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, curious, and results-oriented.
