We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

PMO AnalystResponsibilities:
  1. Tracking statuses of project deliverables and milestones
  2. Risk and issue monitoring and co-ordination
  3. Coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting
  4. Co-ordination of project governance arrangements
  5. Managing the collection, collation and processing of project information from stakeholders
  6. Monitoring and reporting on budgets and expenditure
  7. Assisting with the implementation of project standards across projects
  8. Managing and updating project documentation, process documents and information sources
  9. Document version management, document storage and file management
  10. Drafting and disseminating project communications
  11. Adhering to company project methodologies
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in Project & Programme Management Office (PMO) within large-scale projects or programmes.
  2. Strong understanding of project governance, reporting, and risk management.
  3. Experience in tracking project deliverables, milestones, and RAIDD items (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions).
  4. Familiarity with budget monitoring and financial reporting.
  5. Ability to implement and maintain project standards and documentation.
  6. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, including experience preparing updates for key meetings and governance forums.
