AR Accountant

Currently we are looking for:

Location: Poland - Katowice - 100%

• Perform customer billing and process self-billed transactions.
• Cash collection monitoring.
• Reconcile AR ledger with GL ledger and customers' records.
• Cooperate with Sales department in clarification of any discrepancies between own and customer records.
• Cooperate with Logistic departments in clarification on any quantity discrepancies.
• Reporting in AR area.
• Process incoming payments in accordance with defined processes and Client's requirements.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Clear accounts.
• Support Month and Year End Closing.
• Support legal units during internal and external audits.

• At least 2 years of experience in Accounting department (experience in Automotive branch is a plus).
• University degree.
• Finance and Accounting general education beneficial.
• Fluent in Polish.
• Very good working knowledge of English; other languages will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of accounts receivable processes beneficial.
• Knowledge of SAP system is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated and full of initiative.
