Зараз ми запускаємо новий стартап в індустрії стилю та фешну та шукаємо Creative Producer, який буде одним із перших в команді креативного маркетингу та матиме змогу залідити креативну команду та розвивати її по мірі зростання нашого бізнесу.

Доєднатись до команди зараз означає:

  1. Працювати з фешн – однією з найбільших консьюмерських індустрій у світі.
  2. Увійти в нішу, коли фешн продовжує зазнавати значної зміни патерну покупок: зростає частка покупок через інфлюенсерів і креаторів (понад 35% на рік).
  3. Активно залучати аудиторію для бізнесу не лише через стандартні механіки Meta, але також через Tiktok, а також через Instagram/Tiktok/Youtube інфлюенсерів.
  4. Безпосередньо взаємодіяти зі світом інфлюенсерів і креаторів – як у промотуванні продукту, так і з точки зору створення контенту.
  5. Запускати спільні проекти з Tier-1 та Tier-2 фешн брендами, модними журналами, платформами.

Що для нас важливо:

  • Досвід роботи у creative маркетингу від 2 років.
  • Креативне мислення та вміння знаходити нестандартні рішення.
  • Досвід роботи з відео (motion, UGC, animation) та успішні кейси.
  • Володіння інструментами моніторингу ринку, аналізу конкурентів, здатність самостійно проводити дослідження для генерації креативних концепцій.
  • Вміння працювати в команді та орієнтація на результат.
  • Тайм-менеджмент та вміння пріоритезувати завдання.
  • Висока обізнаність у трендах і найкращих практиках для збереження конкурентної переваги.

В твою зону відповідальності буде входити:

  • Моніторинг та аналіз креативної діяльністі наших конкурентів та суміжних ніш для виявлення трендів та найкращих практик.
  • Генерація ідей для рекламних кампаній у Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads тощо, з наступним втіленням їх у життя.
  • Оцінка ефективності поточних креативів і розробка стратегій для покращення результатів.
  • Співпрацювати з UGC-креаторами для створення ефективного контенту.
  • Пошук нових інструментів та підходів для покращення креативного процесу та забезпечення найкращих результаті.
