Azure Infrastructure Specialist

POD: Azure Delivery

Location: Ukraine (Remote), Poland (Remote)

Work hours: 6 AM – 3 PM EST (preferably to have as much overlap as possible)

Your Impact And Key Responsibilities

As an Infrastructure Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing Enavate's client environments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving efficiency and process improvements.

Operational Excellence & Process Management

1. Oversee and implement operational change orders (excluding onboarding projects), ensuring minimal service disruption.
2. Develop, refine, and maintain operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
3. Maintain and track client-level attributes within the ITSM tool.

Service Performance & Client Experience

1. Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
2. Manage and distribute the on-call service delivery schedule for support teams.
3. Oversee client satisfaction surveys, ensuring valuable feedback is collected and acted upon.
4. Ensure proper ticket etiquette, maintaining professionalism and accuracy in client interactions.
5. Serve as a Vendor Liaison, managing communication for service-related operational issues and maintaining an effective call tree.

Financial Oversight & Reporting

1. Manage client subscription budgets, track consumption, and communicate variances to stakeholders.
2. Calculate and process service disruption credits, ensuring timely and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational dashboards to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Knowledge Management & Communication

1. Conduct and oversee Knowledge Base (KB) update meetings to maintain accurate documentation.
2. Create and manage bulk client communications for service disruptions, maintenance, and infrastructure changes.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated professional with a passion for operational efficiency, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in infrastructure operations administration.
2. Proven ability to lead and manage operational processes efficiently.
3. Strong understanding of best practices in IT operations and service management.
4. Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Education & Certifications
