Full-set Accounting: Responsible for the daily accounting treatment of business transactions, reviewing source documents and accounting vouchers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of financial records.
Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements on time, analyze key financial indicators, and provide data support for business decision-making.
Funds and Cost Management: Monitor the company's cash flow, review payment requests to ensure fund security; participate in cost accounting and control, analyze cost variances, and propose optimization suggestions.
Audit Coordination and Internal/External Communication: Assist in completing the annual audit, prepare and provide required documentation, and follow up on audit adjustments and recommendations.
Financial Process Optimization: Review and optimize financial-related processes (such as reimbursement, payment, invoicing, etc.) to improve operational efficiency and ensure the completeness and standardization of financial archives.

Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
2-3 years of relevant work experience in finance
Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Polish (a plus)
Familiar with Polish accounting standards; meticulous, detail-oriented, with strong learning ability and capacity to work under pressure
