Responsibilities
  • End-to-end management of the Procure to Pay (PtP) process
  • Invoice processing
  • Credit and petrol card settlement
  • Participation in monthly cash forecasting
  • Month-end closing activities
  • Reporting of business indicators and KPIs
  • Collaboration with the RtR team and units in Austria or Germany
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in finance, AP, P2P
  • Fluent command of English and German languages (min. B2)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Critical thinking with a focus on improvement and innovation
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
Description

This role involves managing the entire procurement cycle, from receiving invoices to settling credit and petrol cards. You will also participate in monthly cash forecasting and perform month-end closing activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting business indicators and collaborating with teams in Austria or Germany.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in finance, AP, or P2P and possesses excellent organizational and time management skills. A good understanding of accounting principles and critical thinking skills are also essential. Knowledge of SAP is a plus but not required.
