We are looking for a Training Project Manager who can think outside the box and drive the establishment of onshore training for our offshore technicians, enabling them to become as competent as possible before working at sea. The training set-up will support our training facilities in Esbjerg but should also focus on delivering training globally.
What you need to make a difference
We are on the lookout for an amazing candidate with a background in learning management and/or project management. If you're currently working towards or have already obtained a PMP or PMA certification, we'd love to hear from you We're also looking for someone with experience handling large-scale projects.
If you're familiar with designing training programs for large organizations and have solid international planning experience, you could be the right fit for this position. We're also on the lookout for someone who can support ramp-ups.
You possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing, and are an advanced user of Microsoft Office applications. If you have training and/or experience in the use of Lean manufacturing tools and methods, it's an advantage.
If you do not have experience from the wind industry, you will have the chance to learn a lot as we expect you to gain detailed knowledge about our processes and manning setup – it's a great opportunity to grow your career
You must be able to shift from operational to strategic perspective frequently and show attention to detail without missing strategic overview.
You need to be an excellent team player and thrive in collaborative efforts in an international environment.
