For our Client, one of the most stable SSC in the market, we are looking for a Candidate for the position of Senior Financial Analyst.

What we expect
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational company with exposure to financial and commercial disciplines.
  • Experience in data analysis and good knowledge of financial processes with an understanding of the broader context. Experience in supporting sales organizations on deal management and pricing (preferred).
  • A self-motivated and high energy individual that thrives in an environment characterized by growth, change and opportunity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful analysis.
  • Team player attitude, ability to adapt to the fast-changing environment.
  • Master's degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred.
  • English fluency and excellent communication skills (essential).

  • Business partnership: business partnering with sales managers, key account managers and division leaders.
  • Deals management: provide support in the area of deal analysis including pro forma P&L's, profit management, pricing strategy, incentives, capital investment, etc. Align on contract management to ensure legal coverage for commercial proposals and renewals.
  • Pricing: support pricing plan preparation, strategy and execution, search for pricing opportunities and provide business partners with supportive data and analysis.
  • Analytics & decision support: perform profitability analysis and drive margin improvement projects, deliver various analysis to key business partners to facilitate decision-making.
  • Being an active stakeholder of planning activities and other ad-hoc activities.
  • Coordinating with other members of the finance team to streamline processes.
