OTC Collection Junior Officer with Turkish

Location: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź
Work type: hybrid

Responsibilities:

  • Manage collection activities in Turkish language.
  • Responsible for managing and collecting all the outstanding accounts receivables.
  • Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments.
  • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
  • Initiate written/verbal communication to collect money.
  • Build relationships with external customers.
  • Maintain and reconcile AR accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (e.g., accounting/finance would be an asset).
  • Min. 1 year of experience in the collection area is a must.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English – C1.
  • Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Problem-solving and judgment skills.
  • Hybrid work (2 days from the office in Łódź).
