The MyP&O Operations Specialist - SLS provides support to Senior Leaders and their Executive Assistance as well as Senior Business Partners in performing a variety of activities including but not limited to processing P&O transactional services validating necessary approvals in accordance with established business processes and resolve all related discrepancies. This role will navigate more complex transactions. This role will also coach and engage Senior Leaders and their Executive Assistance to drive as high adoption of our self-service opportunities as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first and unique point of contact for Senior Leaders, Business Partners, and Executive Assistants (global scope) on their day-to-day activities related to MyP&O Operations (transactions and inquiries).
  • Utilize technical expertise within Service Now and Workday to perform transactions in the system or coordinate its resolution delivered by other MyP&O Operations Analysts.
  • Providing support to users to complete their activities with no disruptions, issues, escalations as well as monitor progress and course correct if needed.
  • Cooperation with relevant downstream functions or regional and global counterparts to ensure smooth business transactions and changes.
  • Ensuring that established guidelines and business processes are followed when performing requests by maintaining privacy, confidentiality and security policies that focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Provide customer partnership through resolution ownership and anticipating needs of involved parties by explaining options and providing advice.
  • Anticipate risks and roadblocks, escalate any possible issues to supporting teams and Line Manager and provide advisory on possible resolutions.
  • Regularly assess effectiveness of the SLS service, monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements actions.
  • Maintain operational documents used to perform daily tasks describing SLS, ensure knowledge about processes/steps/responsibilities is properly captured and documentation is updated in a timely manner.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives with a strategic focus on driving operational effectiveness.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in HR, Communications, and/or Business.
  • 2+ years of experience in a MyP&O Operations Analyst role (Shared Services, Call Centre, Service environment is a plus).
  • Familiarity with HR Systems, processes and practices.
  • Ability to navigate with proficiency across various HR Systems (i.e. WorkDay & ServiceNow) and deliver high quality customer service.
  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones to get results through project teams in an international operating environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with good knowledge of written and spoken English.
