The opportunity

By joining our team, you will assist clients in enhancing their supply chain efficiency. Utilizing EY GDS-SC&O's proprietary frameworks, you will help clients to improve the reliability, flexibility, and responsiveness of their supply chain while reducing the total cost.

We're looking for Consultant/ Senior Consultant with consulting / implementation experience across procurement tools such as Coupa, Ariba, SAP, and Oracle.

Your key responsibilities

  • Work with the extended team and/or client to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation projects.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and team building skills, along with experience in producing high quality reports, papers, and presentations.
  • Experience in the following areas:

Source to Pay Transformations: Experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Zycus, Oracle, and SAP as an implementer/administrator. Additional specialization certifications within these tools would be a bonus. Desired skill sets include:

  • Worked on at least 1 end-to-end implementation including Blueprint Workshop and able to map Business Processes.
  • Functional/Implementation experience for Coupa/Ariba/E-procurement technologies, specifically Spend Analysis, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Procure, Invoicing, Expense, Pay, and eForms.
  • Knowledge of Coupa/Ariba on Demand, Coupa Community, Infrastructure, Integration Layers.
  • Understand the As-Is process and end-to-end requirements, translating them to functional specifications to propose the To-Be process.
  • Responsible for Procurement system configuration in line with client business processes.
  • Perform user acceptance testing and system integration testing along with customers, system users, and the technical team.
  • Document all customer business processes and prepare process documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and suppliers.
  • Prepare for go-live and check go-live readiness status.
  • Provide post go-live hyper care period support.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Understanding of source to pay processes and the technology landscape.
  • Effective communication skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Strong Higher Degree from Tier-1 institutes with a minimum of 5 years of relevant business or consulting experience.
  • Experience in using technology solutions for processes such as sourcing, supplier management, contracting, order creation, invoicing, data integration, and risk management.
  • Knowledge of implementing Ariba (or comparable) systems, including user know-how.
  • Experience in system requirements collection, design, configuration, testing, and support.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for clients and management.
  • Self-motivated and highly focused individual.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, design thinking, and passion for planning.
  • Knowledge of other languages (German, French) is a plus.

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Experience in Data Visualization using Tableau/Power BI/QlikView, etc.
  • A technical background related to system configuration and setup is a strong addition.
