Job Description

What does this role involve?
  • You will support the team in preparing operational forecasts for parcel volumes and customer contacts.
  • You will help verify data accuracy and assist in creating business analysis related to Operations (warehouse, logistics, CX).
  • You will contribute to developing reports and dashboards that support decision-making.
  • You will help gather and organize data for long-term planning and budgeting.
  • On a daily basis, you will collaborate with the team to include planned changes, promotions, and marketing activities in the operational analysis.

This is the right job for you, if you:
  • You are familiar with working with data and have an analytical mindset.
  • You feel comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/MS Excel) to organize and analyze information.
  • You are competent in working with advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas) and SQL for querying databases.
  • You are eager to learn and develop your skills in business analysis and forecasting.
  • You are well-organized and can manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • You know English at B2+ level.
