Job Description

We're looking for motivated and detail-oriented graduates to join our Operations Team dedicated to providing best-in-class support to our customers globally.

Our 2-year graduate program (undergraduate) will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and you will complete three rotations of 8 months:

  • Back Office Operations
  • Front Office Operations
  • Process Improvement & Reporting Team

Responsibilities:

  • Learn & perform a variety of document processing and record keeping tasks associated with customer accounts that require a thorough knowledge of products and services in the assigned area.
  • Learn and support customer service teams, resolving customer problems and responding to customer requests for information or providing quality service to our merchants.
  • Learn how to enter new account information; change information on existing accounts; record transactions; answer customer inquiries; receive, classify, consolidate and summarize documents and information; complete reports and provide administrative support.
  • Learn to analyze data, identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Gain knowledge in the area of banking & payment rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from across Operations to help support streamlined processes to enhance customer experience.

Basic qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree ideally in Business, International Business or Economics with a target completion date of May 2025.
  • Excellent analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Eager to learn and understand financial and payments markets.
  • English Level C1 - Request for English CV.
  • One year or less industry experience.
  • Ability to start graduate program on 2 Sept 2025.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail.

Location: Puławska 17, 02-515 Warszawa (3 days office & 2 days home)

Contract: 2-year Fixed Term Employment Contract
