The role of P2P Accountant will be based in our Krakow office in Poland and it will report into a Regional Hub Europe P2P Lead.

Responsibilities:

  1. Processing PO and non-PO invoices;
  2. Handling the suppliers' payments and other related queries;
  3. Participating in the month and year-end closing activities;
  4. Managing the Intercompany recharges;
  5. Handling supplier account reconciliations;
  6. Supporting existing controls in the AP area.

Requirements:

  1. Preferred Finance/Accounting degree or another relevant faculty;
  2. Previous experience in accounts payable in an SAP environment;
  3. Understanding of accounting processes;
  4. Office Suite knowledge is a must;
  5. Knowledge of English in both speaking and writing;
  6. Knowledge of German will be an asset.
