About the job

The Licensing Operations team is looking for a Licensing Analyst for approximately 14 months to oversee and manage all aspects of the administration of new and existing software contracts with customers.

As a Licensing Analyst, you will:

  1. Review and assess software contracts to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, company policies, and customer expectations.
  2. Update internal customer database and maintain associated back-up documentation, in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
  3. Proactively identify and resolve internal coordination issues to meet customer requirements within operational and legal parameters.
  4. Understand and apply knowledge of company policies and procedures to efficiently manage a variety of types of contracts.

Required Qualifications

  1. Two years of related contract administration experience, preferably involving computer software or hardware.
  2. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
  3. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
  4. Developing professional expertise; applies acquired skills and company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
