They have millions of users from every continent. The newly opened Warsaw office is looking to hire a top Head of Sales to join its world-class team(s) and build impactful products together.
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Business management
- Analyze the agency ecosystem in the Polish market and create the key account agency business strategy
- Build partnerships with various types of leading agencies, including 4A agencies, local branding agencies, and local performance agencies
- Develop partnerships with different functions in the agency partners, including creative, media, research & insights, training, etc.
- Design the agency business partnership model, including commercial terms, engagement model, and innovation programs
- Drive revenue from agency partners and achieve the sales target
- Team management
- Design the team structure and roles & responsibilities of team members
- Hire team members based on the ranking of priority
- Build team capability by coaching team members
- Lead team members to achieve their own sales targets
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Work with key account direct sales team on client services and budget acquisition
- Collaborate with sales marketing team on B2B marketing activities for agency partners
- Coordinate with the product team on feedback and suggestions for agency-oriented ad solutions systems and tools
- Engage with all other cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and build long-term growth
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or above
- 12+ years of overall work experience, with 8+ years in digital marketing and 5+ years in digital agency-related roles
- 8+ years of team and people management experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of the Polish agency ecosystem and developing trends
- Strong network in the Polish agency industry, with solid experience working with C-level executives of agencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
