We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager Specialist to join our Group Reporting team. In this role, you will support the month-end closing and consolidation process for KK Group, while taking ownership of chart of accounts mapping and contributing to the continued development of efficient, scalable and well-controlled reporting processes.

You will apply your accounting, consolidation and systems expertise to strengthen the reporting foundation across Group Reporting. The role combines hands-on reporting tasks with process improvement, including the use of BlackLine for month-end close and reconciliations, and offers an opportunity to grow into future ESG reporting responsibilities as this becomes a full-scope reporting area.

Responsibilities:

As the Finance Manager Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass the following:

  • Support the month-end closing and consolidation process, including reconciliations and internal month-end reporting for KK Group.
  • Maintain and further develop the global chart of accounts, including ownership of chart of accounts mapping, reporting logic and alignment across entities and reporting systems.
  • Use and help further develop BlackLine as part of the month-end close and reconciliation process, including closing tasks, reconciliation procedures, review principles and follow-up.
  • Contribute to M&A-related implementation activities.
  • Track and report selected KPIs within the Record-to-Report area to support performance management, process ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI in finance processes, reporting, reconciliations and analytics to improve quality, efficiency and insights.
  • Over time, potentially contribute to the development of ESG reporting capabilities, including reporting structure, controls and governance as ESG becomes a full-scope reporting area.

Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, we expect you to bring a solid foundation in group reporting and accounting, combined with a structured and systems-oriented mindset:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience from a similar role within group reporting, consolidation, accounting or financial controlling.
  • Strong understanding of consolidation processes, IFRS, month-end closing, reconciliations and internal financial reporting.
  • Experience with reporting structures, chart of accounts governance and mapping between systems.
  • A systems-driven mindset with interest in process improvement, data flows, automation and practical use of AI in finance.
  • Experience with Cognos TM1 or similar consolidation systems is an advantage.
  • Experience from M&A integration, finance transformation or process optimization projects is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ESG reporting is an advantage, and interest in developing within this area is important as ESG reporting becomes a broader responsibility for the team.
  • Business-level proficiency in English and strong ability to communicate technical matters clearly to stakeholders.
