Role: WFM Program | Global IT Integration Manager
Work Location: Poland/Germany

Purpose:
To lead and manage global program's IT integration activities, ensuring successful implementation of HR system and following the HE IT standards in the delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support & coordinate integration changes.
  2. Support and coordinate the development and maintenance of integrations specifications, mapping, and technical integration artifacts as well as supplier configurations.
  3. Work with other global and local IT and business teams to understand their integration requirements.
  4. Responsible for capturing any gaps both technically and in the business.
  5. Deliver timely, accurate and professional technical support and information internally and externally.
  6. Collaborate with and contribute to project set-up and delivery.
  7. Supply the Global IT Lead with relevant stakeholder information related to IS solution/services.
  8. Define the technical IS solution and ensure alignment with other modules and surrounding IS applications through cooperation and collaboration across IS solution architects and IS delivery units.
  9. Support validation and prioritization of incoming business demand.
  10. Responsible for managing the review and sign off the functional and technical use case specifications in accordance to HE standards and project specified guidelines.
  11. Proactively support issue resolution during project delivery to avoid delays or any other form of negative impact to a project or service.

Skills:

  1. 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications or infrastructures.
  2. 4+ years within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
  3. 4+ years of experience specifically within system integration domain area, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  4. Extensive knowledge of integration tools and platforms, preferably MuleSoft.
  5. Understanding of integration strategies, methodologies and particularly API-based integrations.
  6. Understanding of data structures and experience with data models and data analysis.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.
  8. Successful characteristics for the position include the ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail, work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment.
  9. Analytical approach to problem-solving and a track record of driving results through continuous improvement.
  10. Proven experience of working with IT service management concepts (ITIL).
  11. Good organization, time management, decision making, and negotiation skills.
  12. Responsibility for end-to-end delivery, independence, and discipline.
  13. Ability to contribute with good team spirit, collaboration, and customer focus.
  14. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies.
  15. Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken).
