As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing HR data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic workforce decisions. Your work will contribute to optimizing HR processes and improving organizational efficiency.

You Will:

  • Analyze HR data and create reports on employment, turnover, salaries, recruitment efficiency, etc.
  • Prepare forecasts and recommendations based on workforce data.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and managers to optimize HR processes.
  • Develop dashboards and analytical tools to support decision-making.
  • Monitor labor market trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Assist in reporting to external institutions and internal HR audits.
Requirements
  • A higher education degree (preferred fields: economics, management, psychology, statistics, or related).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in HR or data analysis.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau).
  • Ability to work with large datasets and interpret data effectively.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • Good organizational skills and teamwork ability.
