Experience Required:
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or go-to-market (GTM) strategy, preferably in fintech, crypto, or blockchain, with 1+ year of PM activities.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with centralized exchanges (CEXs), trading products, or token sales (IEOs/ICOs).
Job Summary:
  • The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for Exchange & IEO is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, trading volume, and token sale participation on Kanga's exchange.
  • This role focuses on product positioning, go-to-market (GTM) execution, and driving awareness for exchange features, new token listings, and IEO launches.
  • The PMM collaborates closely with Global Marketing, Performance Marketing, PR, Product, and BD teams to ensure Exchange and IEO offerings achieve strong adoption and competitive differentiation.
Key Responsibilities:Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Product Positioning
  • Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for exchange features, trading campaigns, and IEO launches.
  • Develop compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to different trader segments (retail, professional traders).
  • Work with the Product & BD teams to align marketing efforts with new exchange features, token listings, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop marketing playbooks for IEO projects, ensuring each token launch is well-positioned for success.
User Acquisition & Growth Marketing
  • Develop and execute data-driven campaigns to drive new user acquisition and increase active traders.
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Team to optimize paid acquisition, referral programs, and incentive structures.
  • Collaborate with the Community & Social Team to create interactive campaigns that engage traders and IEO participants.
  • Analyze user behavior and trading activity to refine marketing efforts and maximize conversion rates.
  • Familiar with web3 user acquisition and engagement programs including but not limited to external gamification platforms, internal rewards programs and company affiliate and ambassador programs.

Content, PR & Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with the Content Team to produce educational materials, blog posts, and case studies explaining exchange features and IEO participation.
  • Work with the Global PR Team to secure press coverage, thought leadership opportunities, and strategic media placements for exchange and IEO projects.
  • Partner with the Community Team to engage users through social media, AMAs, and interactive campaigns.
  • Ensure exchange-related announcements, token sale updates, and market insights are distributed effectively across all channels.
Partnerships & Business Development Support
  • Support BD efforts by creating marketing materials for exchange partnerships and IEO collaborations.
  • Assist in onboarding new token projects by developing launch strategies and promotional activities.
  • Identify co-marketing opportunities with ecosystem partners to boost trading volume and token awareness.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on data insights.
  • Work with the Data & Performance Teams to refine acquisition and retention efforts for traders and investors.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, user adoption trends, and trading behavior.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or go-to-market (GTM) strategy, with 1+ year of PM activities.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, or blockchain, ideally in centralized exchanges (CEXs), trading platforms, or token sales (IEOs).
  • Proven experience in executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for financial or crypto products.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing marketing performance.
  • Ability to translate complex product features into compelling, user-friendly messaging.
  • Experience collaborating with BD, PR, and Performance Marketing teams to drive product adoption.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
