Job Title: Content Reviewer - Process Associate

We invite applications for a role where you will be responsible for keeping the digital streets safe for our communities across the world.

Responsibilities:
  • Stay up to date with content policies and guidelines from clients.
  • Analyze online videos, social media, web pages, and advertising content for compliance.
  • Daily examine content in various formats (text, image, audio, video) for non-compliance.
  • Identify non-compliant content and flag it for action.
  • Provide feedback on policy, tool, and process improvements.
  • Develop knowledge of adjacent and cross policies beyond your assigned policy.
  • Train other team members on daily tasks as needed and requested by the manager.
  • Complete tasks requested by the manager to meet KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Maintain a positive working environment in all internal and external interactions.
  • Be willing to learn and work on dynamic projects.

Important: Operations teams will operate according to schedules committed with clients. This may involve variable start and end hours, break lengths, bank holidays, and occasional travel. This role may require a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of sensitive online content, including graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.

Qualifications We Seek:
  • Proficient Italian (min B2 level).
  • Excellent English skills (min B2 level).
  • Previous experience in content moderation is an asset.
  • High School Degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Trust & Safety Experience, particularly in content labelling and/or moderation.
  • A neutral mindset when classifying and reviewing digital content.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Accurate and critical work attitude.
