The Recruitment Specialist is responsible to execute efficiently the recruitment end-to-end process for various positions in the DACH region. This includes minimizing the cost and time spent to hire new employees as well as leveraging the quality of new joiners. The Recruitment Specialist will source and find qualified candidates while resolving issues in the recruitment process and improving the candidate experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Coordinate the recruiting process for various positions located in DACH while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire, and cost of hire;
  • Post job advertisements on required internal and external platforms and monitor traction;
  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions;
  • Select candidates for shortlists and schedule interviews;
  • Manage communication with candidates at every recruitment step;
  • Own the system inputs and requirements needed at each stage of the recruitment cycle;
  • Perform background and reference checks as required;
  • Resolve bottlenecks in the recruiting process and follow up or escalate where required;
  • Introduce improvements for enhancing the candidate experience;

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG:

  • 1+ years of hands-on recruiting and sourcing experience;
  • Fluent knowledge of English & German language (everyday use);
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Digital and proactive mindset;
  • Fluent operating skills of MS Office - especially Excel and PowerPoint;
