What awaits you in this position?

1. Providing product and process training to new colleagues.
2. Implementing new processes and other shop improvement activities.
3. Preparing and implementing individual and group training.
4. Monitoring and recording employee performance, identifying areas for improvement.
5. Advising Beauty Consultants on product sales and customer service.
6. Shared responsibility for shop performance (achievement of KPIs and individual employee targets).
7. Responsibility for creating, updating and tracking the training calendar.
8. Active collaboration with the Store Manager and Retail Trainer.

What do you need to be successful?

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail.
2. Previous experience in training departments and/or positions where training and development of staff was part of your responsibilities.
3. An interest in perfumes and cosmetics that will make your work fun and professional advice to customers on product selection a real pleasure.
4. You need to speak English well as you will communicate across the stores not only in Poland.
5. A drive to learn and self-development.
6. Speed in absorbing information and ability to share knowledge.
