A Snapshot of Your Day

As Support Manager ICW (Installation, Commissioning & Warranty), you will assist the Sales and Project Management Organizations with all topics related to the Installation & Commissioning (I&C) phase of the projects in your assigned region - Europe, Africa, and Central Asia.

The scope includes the full SE product range, such as centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, gas and steam-turbine drives, electrical motor drives (including power systems), SCADA systems, and 3rd party supplies.

You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Project Management Teams in your region and other global locations involved in the projects, adding value with your I&C expertise.

How You'll Make an Impact
  1. You will be the go-to person in your region for the Sales and Project Managers, aiming to build strong collaboration with these teams.
  2. Compile client-specific I&C offers (cost basis) for new projects during the Sales and/or Execution phases.
  3. Support contract negotiations on the I&C portion.
  4. Analyze commercial, technical, and legal aspects for the I&C phase and provide comments and exceptions to I&C specifications.
  5. Assist during the internal Risk assessment for the I&C part of the project.
What You Bring
  1. Proficient in English.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Equipment Sales and Execution of the mentioned product portfolio.
  3. Extensive Onshore Installation & Commissioning experience; Offshore experience is a plus.
  4. Experience in Installation & Commissioning strategy development.
  5. Outgoing and progress-driven approach.
  6. Fast decision-maker and strategist.
  7. Team player with strong networking skills.
  8. Ability to think outside the box.
