Your main responsibilities:

  1. Be the first point of contact for customers from different countries worldwide.
  2. Listen and empathize with customers, diagnose and fix their problems related to billing and administrative issues.
  3. Participate in defined projects and missions.
  4. Understand, integrate, and promote the image of OVHcloud as a company with strong expertise and excellent customer support.

Your future impact:

In 6 months, you will have accomplished:

  1. Becoming independent in recognizing and troubleshooting most standard issues brought by customers.
  2. Understanding the company product portfolio and related customer needs.

And in 1 year, you will have mastered:

  1. Providing nuanced and complex resolutions to our customers.
  2. Starting to develop technical skills in our dedicated training programs.

Skills required:

  1. Fluent in Polish, English, and Spanish.
  2. Readiness to work on shifts (business hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM in 8-hour shifts).
  3. Independence and curiosity in searching for solutions.
  4. Oriented towards great customer service.
  5. Ability to manage priorities.
  6. Ability to work efficiently within a team.
  7. Willingness to work with new technologies and to develop.

That's a plus:

- If you have experience in a similar position: Help Desk, Service Desk in an IT environment.
