Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide daily support for accounting administrative operations including documentation management, tools oversight and access control

  2. Provide support in ongoing projects (training plans, tools)

  3. Prepare, analyze and distribute Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  4. Assist in implementing process changes/standardizations and improvements

  5. Support the automation of finance processes using the UiPath environment

  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance, operations, and IT teams, to enhance automation, optimize workflows and processes

  7. Collaborate with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Record To Reports (R2R) teams ensuring compliance with financial processes and contributing to the achievement of key business goals

  8. Maintain the Finance internal Allegro Home Page

  9. Manage the Accounting Knowledge Repository - including administration and ad-hoc updates (e.g. process procedures, technical instructions and process diagrams)

This job is for you, if:

  1. You have experience in accounting process optimization (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payments, Record to Report or related areas)

  2. You have experience in KPI's calculation

  3. You take a proactive approach to problem-solving, identifying and implementing process enhancements

  4. You have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and process compliance

  5. You have an understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools to drive efficiency

  6. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  7. You have experience with SAP FI/DAX systems – this will be an advantage

  8. You have BPMN knowledge – this will be an advantage
