Du kannst proaktiv zuhören, verstehst Kunden und deren individuelle Anforderungen? Dann hilf uns, den Handel nachhaltiger zu gestalten

  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um deren Geschäftsziele, Supply-Chain-Herausforderungen und strategische Ziele zu verstehen.
  • Du analysierst die Supply-Chain Prozesse unserer Kunden und bist mit den Anforderungen vertraut um die Geschäftsprozesse zu optimieren.
  • Du bist Teil unseres Implementierungsteams und setzt die Anforderungen und Prozessabbildungen in unserer Software um.
  • Durch deine Expertise in unserer Softwarelösung und der Supply-Chain berätst und führst du den Kunden aktiv und lieferst ihm so echten Mehrwert.
  • Du hast den Erfolg der Kunden im Fokus und definierst zusammen mit ihnen gemäß der Geschäftsziele relevante KPIs zur Messung, welche du dann auch eigenständig nachverfolgst.
  • Du arbeitest in interdisziplinären sowie internationalen Teams und treibst unseren internen Wissensaustausch und die stetige Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse voran.
  • In Projekten übernimmst du die Rolle des Stream Leads für einen- oder mehrere Streams und bist für die Priorisierung und Verteilung von Aufgaben im Rahmen des gesetzten Budgets verantwortlich.
  • Du fungierst als Mentor*in und Coach für unsere juniorigeren Kolleg*innen und Werkstudent*innen und unterstützt deren Entwicklung.
Damit triffst du bei uns ins Schwarze:
  • Du verfügst über einen abgeschlossenen Hochschulabschluss und bringst bereits 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden in einer beratenden Rolle mit.
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Supply-Chain-Management oder in der Logistik.
  • Du hast Consulting Erfahrung und kennst dich mit Kundenprojekten aus.
  • Du hast Verständnis für Supply-Chain-Software aus der Businessperspektive.
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise und bietest Problemlösungsstrategien an.
  • Du hast eine eigenständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise und sprichst flüssiges Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du kennst dich idealerweise mit Planungsprozessen aus und hast Kenntnisse in den Branchen CPG, Fashion oder Einzelhandel.
