We are seeking an experienced Tailor/Seamstress to work closely with our Biomechanic Design Department, handle sewing projects, make corrections, and enhance overall sewing techniques. In this role, you will focus on producing soft tissue components for a humanoid robot body, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality finished items to our Designers.

What You'll Do

• Sew items requested by the Biomechanic Design Department
• Revise and refine existing sewing processes
• Conduct textile research to explore new materials and methods
• Monitor and manage textile supplies and fabrics

Requirements

• Proven sewing experience
• Proficiency using both a lockstitch and overlock machine
• Attention to detail and a commitment to precision
• Support in organizing production processes – communicating observations that help optimize production efficiency
• General understanding of textile industry technology
• Knowledge of materials and their properties
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration
• English proficiency (written and spoken) for effective communication with an international team

Nice to Have

• Interest in emerging textile technologies (e.g., 3D weaving, knitting) and the latest fabric production methods, as well as advanced familiarity with textile industry technology.
• Ability to operate 2D programs (e.g., for pattern design)
• Hands-on experience with industrial production
• Sewing pattern creation skills
• Portfolio showcasing your previous sewing projects

Contract type: B2B
Salary range: 50-60 PLN netto on invoice (+VAT)
