Our client, a leading player in the energy and electrical converters sector, is seeking an experienced Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their Management Board.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finances of the entire group, with a focus on the CEE and DACH regions. Located in Katowice, Poland, the company offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth.

• Develop comprehensive long-term budgets, business plans, and decision-making facilitating measures to drive strategic growth.
• Shape the organization's financial strategy, including securing debt financing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as banks and investors.
• Cultivate close cooperation with Private Equity funds to drive value creation.
• Provide expert advice on cash flow management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee cost structure optimization, financial liquidity, and working capital management to ensure operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed management reports and presentations of financial results for the Supervisory Board and external investors.
• Assume overall responsibility for treasury, controlling, accounting, and tax planning functions.
• Define the optimal organizational structure to achieve business goals and objectives.

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in senior finance roles, preferably in international manufacturing or energy industries.
• The ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and collaborate effectively with Private Equity funds and the Supervisory Board.
• In-depth knowledge of financial management, controlling, and management accounting principles.
• Strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration with clients and other business departments.
• Fluent German language proficiency is essential.
• Professional certifications, such as ACCA or CIMA, are highly desirable.
