YOUR ROLE

This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial processing and compliance within the accounting team. By supporting invoice management and documentation control, you will contribute to the smooth operation of financial workflows, directly influencing the company's financial health and supporting collaboration with German-speaking clients and teams.

YOUR TASKS
  • Identify discrepancies in financial statements with thorough reviews.
  • Reconcile accounts regularly for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with teams and vendors to resolve billing issues.
  • Address customer billing inquiries promptly.
  • Create reports on accounting issues with clarity.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive approach to collaboration.
  • Proficiency in both German (B2 level) and English (B2 level) is essential for effective communication.
