The team is responsible for support to HR: performing global IT admin daily operations tasks, break-fixing as well as continuous improvements and projects. The work is driven in an Agile way with two-week sprints where the team delivers prioritized changes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing ongoing support for HR solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Contributing to deliverables proactively with inbuilt quality.
• Understanding and analyzing HR processes and requirements.
• Working with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with HR systems best practices.
• Configuring and maintaining the solutions.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth integration into the Alfa Laval IT infrastructure.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience within Workday configuration, both in deployment and support (HCM, Recruitment).
• Customer-focused mindset and high level of autonomy.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Analytical skills that include identifying and resolving problems.
• Ability to adapt due to business demands, deadlines, or priorities change.
• Learning agility.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of HR Business Processes.
• Experience within HRIS systems.
