Job Title:

M&A Project Analyst with French

Aon's M&A and Transaction Solutions department in Krakow, Poland is seeking a Project Analyst to support the practice's Project Managers based in Canada.

The role will involve providing insurance due diligence enquiries, compiling findings, and report writing. Additionally, the candidate will assist in executing post-close insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile diligence reports
  • Mine information from electronic data rooms
  • Research and summarize target business activities
  • Review insurance policies and summarize current arrangements
  • Review loss information
  • Collate risk profile data
  • Collect and track requested information
  • Generate graphical representations of data
  • Coordinate internal resources across practices and geographies
  • Assist in managing post-close program placement and collation of pitch documents

Requirements:

  • University-level education
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • B2 or higher level of French language proficiency
  • 1-2 years of office experience; KYC, research analysis, or Due Diligence experience preferred
  • Ability to write longer texts in English
  • Independent work ability as well as teamwork
  • Prioritization and efficient communication with stakeholders
  • Aptitude for articulating complex issues in a concise manner
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Strong knowledge of MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of insurance policies and interest in business news and M&A activity
