TeamQuest is a recruitment agency specializing in IT recruitment processes. It has over 16 years of experience and provides comprehensive recruitment services focused on matching clients with suitable candidates.
Задачи:
- Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from gathering requirements to signing an employment contract with the candidate;
- Communicate actively with all process stakeholders;
- Create reports for the client;
- Source candidates from databases, LinkedIn, and other channels, and conduct candidate screening.
Требования:
- At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment-related position;
- Excellent command of Polish;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility;
- Team player mindset;
- English at B2 level or higher;
- Passion for something outside of work.
Условия:
- Base salary of 6000-9000 netto + VAT on B2B;
- Commissions of up to 10% of the value of completed projects;
