You'll take full ownership of several IT projects, ensuring every detail is managed, every deadline is met, and each project leaves a lasting impression. You'll strengthen relationships with long-term clients and help turn new collaborations into lasting partnerships.

What will you do on a daily basis:

  1. Lead multiple IT projects, delivering on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.
  2. Manage the full project lifecycle: set goals, assign tasks, monitor progress, and oversee all phases.
  3. Keep clients and stakeholders updated with clear communication and strong relationship-building.
  4. Support your team by ensuring they have everything needed to succeed.
  5. Monitor deliverables, performance, and processes to maintain quality and drive improvements.

What we're looking for:

  1. 2+ years of IT Project Management experience, managing multiple projects for external clients at once, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  2. Fluency in German, English, and Polish – essential for smooth communication with both clients and internal teams.
  3. In-person cooperation in Wrocław and readiness to work in the office 4 days a week.
  4. Pro-level communication skills—you know how to get the message across clearly and effectively, whether it's with clients or your team.
  5. Reliability is second nature to you—when you're in charge, things get done right.
  6. Independent decision-making—you don't wait for answers, you make the call and own it.
  7. Strong organization skills with the ability to adapt and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
