Senior Engagement Manager, AWS Generative AI Innovation Center

DESCRIPTION
We seek a Senior Engagement Manager to lead strategic Generative AI transformation initiatives within our GenAI Innovation and Delivery Center. You'll drive enterprise-level AWS GenAI adoption, orchestrate complex customer engagements, and ensure successful delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions while building strong customer relationships and driving innovation in the rapidly evolving GenAI space.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide GenAI transformation projects and strategic initiatives
- Develop and execute AI adoption strategies aligned with customer business outcomes
- Drive innovation through AWS Foundation Models, Amazon Bedrock, and custom LLM solutions
- Build executive relationships and drive C-level alignment on AI strategy
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams including AI/ML experts, solutions architects, and developers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in GenAI space
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT/AI projects using Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional methodologies
- Experience managing one or more projects with a combination of 10+ resources, 12+ months, or $500k+ in contract value.
- Strategic thinking and innovation mindset
- PMP and CSM certifications or equivalent project management certification
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and cloud computing platforms
- Experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs, Foundation Models, RAG)
- Experience in technology consulting or professional services
- Executive presence and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts for business audiences
